Mourad Elajouti has a wide experience in the community work and was elected member of children’s parliament at the age of 12. He participated in several conferences organized by national and international organizations such as UNESCO, USAID, Action Aid Denmark and received training on group management, conflict management, strategic planning and corporate communications. Mourad Elajouti founded the association green justice in 2012. he launched a waste sorting programme in rural schools, to enable them to buy solar panels with the money raised. It has also launched a local bio-certification program for small farmers that allows them to pay in installments and by phone. As a lawyer licensed to plead before the Moroccan courts, he has just set up an initiative for third-party funding of environmental trials in Africa to establish the polluter pays principle. Elajouti holds a BA degree in Mathematics , MA degree in Euro-Mediterranean studies and obtained a grant from the European commission to study a MA degree in Financial Management and European law, he is currently preparing a doctorate at the University of Lorraine France. He has distinguished by his environement initiatives and commitment to envirommental law.
