Chams Diagne is Founder & CEO at Talent2Africa, the recruiting platform Leader of the African Diaspora, which was selected by Tech Crunch, American news site specializing in the news of startups, among the 15 most promising startups in Africa.

In the early 2000s Chams Diagne created with a group of friends, the Paris web agency, Passerelle Communication Interactive, before joining in 2006, Viaduc which became Viadeo, the first French professional social network and the 2nd largest professional social network in the world until 2015, before taking charge of the expansion of the professional network in Africa in 2011, from the Hub Africa based in Casablanca.
